This project involved the development at Kwasa Damansar. The development consists of 9 no plots with the Kwasa Plot and block F being the first development on this plot in Kwasa Damansara, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.  Working closely with MRCB, one of the country’s leading property and construction companies, as well as the greater design team, ClearTech was appointed to provide BIM services on this project.

The main residential building is 29 storeys with 573 units made up of multiple modular units prefabricated off site in a casting and preparation yard. A carparking podium is also cast insitu with transfers for the modular units. The adjoining parking podium which is 9 storeys with 1015 parking spaces for cars and motor bikes and a level 10 recreational level attached to the residential area.
