Structural Assessments, Post Tensioned Site Investigation (PTSI) & Structural Repair
All structures can become damaged by corrosion, accidental impact, brittle wire cracking, or coring and drilling after construction, leading to tendon failure. In addition, Post-tensioned structures can have issues with corroded tendons due to a lack of grout in the ducts.
A Post Tensioned Site Investigation (PTSI) is conducted to evaluate the concrete structure and assess the repair required.
ClearTech can conduct the PTSI, providing a full structural assessment, calculation and consultation in order to determine the most effective, efficient, economical and sustainable repair solution.
